Pastor Success Adeshida
Senior Pastor
Pastor Success Adeshida and his wife Penny, have been married for 28 years, and are blessed with 2 kids.
They both experienced life changing conversions in Potters House Church Walthamstow and shortly afterwards felt the call of God to preach the gospel.
In their early 20s, they were stirred to be missionaries in Nigeria, where they served for 11 years.
During which, disciples were raised and launched to pioneer new works for God. On their return to the UK, Pastor Success served as Assistant Pastor in the Walthamstow congregation. Shortly afterwards, they were challenged again to start a new work in Barking, where lives were transformed and decisions made for God.
In 2015, they took over the Croydon Church and have been a tremendous blessing to the congregation. Raising up disciples, with couples launched out to the mission field.
Pastor malik gilchrist

Pastor Malik and his wife, Ruby, have been married for nine years and serve faithfully at The Potter’s House Croydon.
Saved as a teenager, Pastor Malik experienced a radical transformation from a life involved in gangs to a life committed to Christ. Today, he serves as Assistant Pastor, using his testimony and experience to encourage others and help people discover the same hope and change that transformed his own life.

Youth leader
Aaron serves as a Youth Leader at The Potter’s House Croydon and has a real passion for seeing young people grow in their faith and develop a genuine relationship with God.
Raised in church, Aaron made a personal decision to follow Christ at the age of 16. He got married to his wife Svenja in 2022.
He has a strong passion for music and for reaching people through the church’s outreach ministry, using his gifts and experience to connect with others and help win souls. As a Youth Leader, Aaron is committed to encouraging the next generation, helping young people grow in confidence, discover their purpose and build a strong foundation in their faith.
